  • Join a pre-natal yoga or exercise class.

  • While pregnant, remember to add 300 - 500 calories to your daily diet.

  • If you are redecorating your house or preparing a nursery room, remember to avoid fumes, keep the windows open.

  • See your dentist before you get pregnant.

  • Tell any medical professional that you may be pregnant if you are trying to get pregnant. This can prevent exposure to harmful tests and chemicals, and there are a lot, so be mindful.

  • Rest when you can.
