BETADERM CREAM FOR SKIN IRRITATION

Doctor,
My brother is 12. He has been suffering from some kind of skin irritation and allergic for six years. His doctor advice was that he had to use BETADERM CREAM in which each 100 g contains Betamethasone as valerate.
although the medical precaution advise not to use this drug alot or for along time, BETADERM CREAM is the only drug that several doctors consult him to use.
Indeed, he has been using it for six years without showing any proof of being better. the irritation and allergic was on the loin firstly, and then spreaded all over his legs, on the arms (especially in the joints and armpits) and sometimes on his nick.
My brother can't help this irritation and allegric, which are increased when he had a bath or a shower,so he scratches them violently causing pain and bleeding.
Looking forward to hearing from you and thank you in advance.
Yours, FA.J
