I take Lithobid, Wellbutrin, Risperdal, Lexapro, Synthroid. Can Crantex LA interfere?

I take 1200 mg Lithobid, 450 mg Wellbutrin, Risperdal, and Lexapro for Bipolar Disorder; as well as Synthroid. I have been taking Crantex LA for a little over a month for a sinus infection that would not go away after four rounds of antibiotics, and suddenly after being fine (as far as my Bipolar symptoms) for about 6 months, my depression has returned. Could this be due to an interaction with my medications and Crantex LA?
