Side Effect of Climara Pro Patch

I have been using this patch for approximately 6 weeks and am experiencing vaginal bleeding (sometimes a gushing feeling) and have noticed some minor speech problems (like responses come out sounding jumbled but are clear in my mind). I notified my GYN after two weeks and vaginal bleeding but he didn't want me to discontinue but after 6 weeks this is continuing and I'm becoming concerned. Should I discontinue this patch?? Please respond.
