fluconazole and ring worm

My dog is epileptic and taking Phenobarbital and Potassium Bromide to control her siezures.
She recently contracted "Ring Worm" and has been prescribed Fluconazole 200mg twice daily.
This dosage seems extremely high, given the animals weight of 30kg.
I have discontinued treatment because the dogs balance has been seriously affected.
I need to know if the effect on her balance is due to an excesive dose of Fluconazole or an adverse drug interaction with one or both of her anti-siezure medications.
