is there a drug reaction w/ethambutol an warfarin or w/dabigatran

-whick of the following are drug interactions with warfarin that you would "not" be concerned with dabigatran?
1-valproic acid
2-ethambutol
3-isoniazid
4-valproic acid, isoniazid
5- all of the above

(are all of the above metabolized by P450 and therefore none
of them would be a concern w/dabigatran since P450 doesn't
affect dabigatran?)

-also second question: What efficacy and safety results did the RE-LY trail find

1-superior efficacy: superior safety
2-superior efficacy: non-inferior safety
3-non-inferior efficacy: superior safety
4-non-inferior efficacy: non-inferior safety

(I want to say #4 as this trial was a non-inferiorty based
trial) ??
