<u>Hello</u>:

I am a 66 year old male, in bad shape as  knee needs replacement, full of Arthritis in hips, knees, ankles, lower back, and it is very hard to move around on a daily basis.. Overweight at 340 lbs and on all kinds of pills for blood. Triglycerides, thinner, sugar, you name it. I arise every day at five oclock and begin with juice and about eight or ten pills before breakfast.....Three or four Oxycodone/acetaminophen 325 mgs, just to try to ease the back-ache, leg aches, and try to get moving around a bit. About noon I need three or four more as knees are "locking" up and really hurts to move them. Had one knee "scrapped" and cleaned up and most of the cartilage is gone, so the reason for grinding, clicking noise and hurting when trying to move out of some positions...These last until about four-thirty and so I get another three or four. I have taken at least twelve a day so far, but lately getting very dizzy and constipated.. What can I do, and is there any other alternative for better pills... I will try any suggested medication, but have to be careful as I take blood thinners...........Thank you for your reply..............R. Smith......
