Benefit of taking this vitaminBy Joni on August 29, 2007 Category: Therapeutic-M (Oral) Is this a good vitamin to take for a 50 year old woman who exercises at least 1 - 1 1/2 hours, 6 days a week, walking, light weights and aerobics and is trying to lose weight as well? Not taking any other meds.
What is the "selling" factor for this vitamin over others? Why is this one beneficial? |
