Is there an over the counter cream available?

I currently have gotten dark flaky spots in places where I sweat the most, underarms,neck).  i have had this occur for the past 20 years.  I am tired of going to the doctor every time to get a new prescription.  It is a cream called:  Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropriate Cream.  Is there an over the counter cream that would work just as well?  Please help.
