Right side ache

My sister-in-law takes Swiss Kriss quite regularly for cronic constipation. She has had a pain located in the upper right side of her chest cavity, between her breast and her waist for the past 10 months. She started eating pistachios and quit taking Swiss Kriss and her constipation went away as did the pain. She had all kinds of tests done by her doctor prior to this discovery and nothing was found. What is your take on this?
