Feeling continually hotBy Jennifer Price from Shropshire UK on February 28, 2007 Category: Propranolol hydrochloride Hi. have taken 80mg for 24 months for migraine(excellent relief). 8 months ago started 60mcg thyroxine replacement for hypothyroidism. Feel warm 24 hours a day (not flushes). Can work outside all day in low temperature in short sleeves and although skin freezing do not feel cold. My doctor feels this is side effect of propranolol hydrochoride. I have also gained a lot of weight which is proving difficult to remove (hips to mid thigh only). I am 54 and otherwise fit and very active. Any ideas? Jenny |
