Antibiotic Azithromicin given to my 3 year old today

Hello, I have a question that I think could tie into this new antibiotic that was prescribed by my daughter's pediatrition yesterday. I gave her the reccomended dosage of the Azithromycin starting last night at 8pm. Everything seems to be going ok with my daughter today, but I'm now concerned beacuse she has not gone to the bathroom to urinate for over 8 hours. When I try and get her to go, she tells me that her stomach hurts and she doesn't have to go. She has not had any water today, but she has had a couple glasses of chocalate milk. I'm just curious if I should be worried about a urinary or bladder problem or maybe she's just being stuburn and won't go, but will go eventually? She has never had this antibiotic before and it may have nothing to do with her not going but it just doesn't make sense to me right now why all of the sudden she says she won't go because her stomach hurts. any help would be appreciated. thank you, Steve
