Suppemental Health Insurance for the Employed

I'm employed full-time, with the major part of my health-insurance premiums covering myself and my wife provided by my employer. Unfortunately, the coverage is festooned with restrictions, deductibles, copays, and exclusions, providing fewer benefits each year; so I sometimes find myself with close to $800 per month in out-of-pocket expenses, paying copays for office visits and prescriptions, deductibles for diagnostics and procedures. I would be delighted to pay $200 to $400 per month in additional premiums for a plan that covers our health expenditures that are not covered by our primary plan. I'm not elligible for Medicare for another 10 years, so Part-D plans are out of the question; but surely somebody out there has a viable solution.
