Overdose and side effects of Fluzone

If someone were to receive 5.0 ml of the flu vaccine vs 0.5 ml - what would the side effects be and would there be any permanent or serious long term injuries? I cannot seem to find any information on the internet and most sites reads that an overdose is unlikely. Because the vaccine isn't live I was wondering if there would be any serious side effects if this were to actually happen. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

POSSIBLE FLUZONE OVERDOSE - WHERE CAN I FIND TREATMENT, DANGERS & SIDE EFFECTS

Dear HealthDigest;

Today is October 8, 2016.

Last night, Friday, October 7, 2016 at 9:00 pm I arrived at the skilled nursing facility where my 93 year old Mother lives. The LVN on duty informed me that she gave Mom the Fluzone vaccination around 8:30 pm on this same night.

Today while reading the skilled nursing facility resident progress notes on my Mother for the month of September 2016, I read the following progress note...

DATE: 9/29/2016 2:40 (no indication if time is a.m. or p.m.)
PROGRESS NOTE: "Norene (my mother)received the Flu vaccine, no adverse reactions noted or reported, VS WNL for this resident, area intact."
CREATED BY: NAME of RN who gave the flu shot

It appears Mom received the Flu vaccine TWICE!
Once on 9/29/2016 and again on 10/07/2016.

WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THIS OVERDOSE?
DANGERS, SIDE EFFECTS, TREATMENT!!

I would be most grateful for your prompt reply...thank you
