dimercaprol in renal failure

I have a patient with mercury poisoning. He is in Acute renal failure following the poisoning. No past history of renal diseases. He is being given dimercaprol and penicillamine in the recommended doses. Do we need to alter/stop giving dimercaprol as he is in renal failure.
