Does TriNessa cause depression?By Mary from West Virginia, USA on April 27, 2006 Category: TriNessa (Oral) My very happy, pleasant 20 year old daughter has turned into a nightmare!! She is very moody. When speaking with her in general conversation in a normal tone, she will blow up and start yelling and screaming, using foul language and is very abusive verbally and I’m afraid she may become violent. She’s not abusing drugs or alcohol that I know for sure. Help!! I deal with children with behavior disorders, but nothing I apply with them helps with my daughter. |
Does TriNessa cause depressionyes it does.... Ive been on it almost a month now...And Im moody, snappy and having crying fits... Ive never been like this till this...It could also be because I have been worried because of some health problems but I think its more the pills.. By Belle from la on May 15, 2006 | Reply | I am not myself on TriNessaI was taking ortho tri cyclein for 8 months. I switched to generic trinessa and I DO notice a difference in my overall mood. I know that I am not myself. I am 27 years old and I am getting acne on my shoulders and face. I had clear skin with the tri cyclein. I hav e gained about 10 pounds worth of water weight and feel like a blob of crap. My mood swings are terrible and I have not been able to figure out what is wrong with me and I realized that it was because the change of pills. I am switching back to ortho. This stuff has been a nightmare. I have not had a bad problem with cellulite on my backside and I now have an overwhelming amount in such a short amount of time. By Heather from Tulsa, OK USA on May 16, 2006 | Reply | Big difference just in first monthive only been on trinessa for a month and have had really bad mood swings, in one day i was happy and hyper, super pissed, and then was sobbing on my bathroom floor, this is NOT like me, im usually very even tempered, the doctor prescribed me orthotrycyclen but the pharmacy gave me generic trinessa , the lower cost is not worth this and i want to switch as soon as i can By nikki on May 30, 2006 | Reply | similar problems with explosive temperMy daughter caming to me yesturday telling me that she felt she had an anger problem- she has been exploding at everyone for the last two months! HAPPY ONE MINUTE AND REALLY PISSED THE NEXT! The only thing that I canm find that is different is the pill. I thought she was using this to be a monster, but after reading side effects from other people, I now know that I will be calling our family doctor to switch her. By with held from Washington State on September 13, 2006 | Reply | not myselfI have never been in such a dark place until I started TriNessa. I've only been on it for one month, but I also couldn't control my crying and was just a wreck for a few days. I really think it was TriNessa, because I have never been so down. By Paige from Seattle, WA on June 12, 2007 | Reply | Not meAfter doing a TON of research on the birth control I was taking. Found out most of the girls have the same problems I do. Depression, anxiety, weight gain, horribly hard to lose weight, extreme jealousy, fits of anger, loss of interest in the things I loved doing, etc. I haven't felt like myself since I started 7 months ago. It's progressively gotten worse and the last month has been absolute hell for me. One minute I'm fine the next I'm mad for now reason, then the next I'm bawling and I honestly don't know why I really feel this has been my problem. I'm going to stop taking it It's affected my relationships and the ones I hold close. Therefore it's not worth it at all. Remember ladies your taking a hormone it can and will change your emotions but it shouldn't change you into a lunatic. I haven't taken any for a week and I already feel mostly like myself again and I couldn't be happier! By Martha on May 04, 2016 | Reply | Write a Reply |
