I have been on Voltaren for several months. I can say with confidence that this medication is highly effective. I used to take Naisds, but its effectiveness was wearing off. That's why I made the switch. However, there is something you should be aware of. Every time I stop taking Voltaren, I am in severe pain. It's mandatory that I don't take it for one week prior to steroid injections. And these weeks are very difficult.

I found this really hard to wash off of my hands and the relief that was provided was minimal at best.
