I recentely told my physician that we were trying for a baby so she gave me prenatal vitamins but I'm not yet pregnant why did she gave me the prenatal vitamins if i'm not yet especting? Thankyou

When to take prenatal vitamins


Does a woman have to take prenatal vitamins once she is pregnant through her whole 9 months of pregnancy? Will it hurt the baby if she does not take them? Is it a good idea and can it help the baby's health if the prenatal vitamins are taken?
