After one week of taking Phentermine, I went from 335 pounds down to 320 pounds and all of my side effects are gone. If I wanted to, I could go the entire day without eating but I am working to shed the excess weight in a healthy way. Since my brain is not constantly telling me to eat, I have time to realize that my overeating was caused by low self esteem and loneliness. Now I watch my portion sizes and what I'm eating. Since shedding 15 pounds in one week, I feel great and am very proud of myself. My goal is 180 pounds and I am determined to reach my goal!

I have lost 15lbs in 45 days. I simply do not feel hungry so I am eating less. The first time I took it I had some issues and the doc suggested I break the pill in half. It has worked perfect since.
