Can you take an allergy medicine like Bendryl with Norflex?

Dosage of Norflex
Dosage on prescription bottle reads "Take 1 tablet by mouth twice daily as needed". Does this mean 2 in 12 hrs - 6 hours apart OR 2 in 24 hrs - 12 hours apart.?

Drug interaction with Prtonix, Prozac, and Xanax

Orphenadrine (or-FEN-a-dreen) Treats pain caused by strains, sprains and other muscle injuries. Also used to treat Parkinson's disease.Belongs to a class of drugs called muscle relaxants.
When To Not Use Norflex (Oral)
You should not use this medicine if you have had an allergic reaction to orphenadrine.
How Should You Use Norflex (Oral)
Tablet, Long Acting Tablet
- Your doctor will tell you how much to take and how often.
- Swallow the extended-release tablet whole. Do not chew or crush. If a dose is missed:
- Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
- If it is almost time for your next regular dose, wait until then to take your medicine and skip the missed dose.
- You should not use two doses at the same time.

Store Norflex (Oral) at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture unless otherwise stated by manufacturer's instructions or labelling. Keep Norflex (Oral) and all medications out of the reach of children.
What To Avoid While Using Norflex (Oral)
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using any other medicine, including over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products.
- Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking this medicine.
- Make sure your doctor knows if you are taking other medicines that might make you sleepy such as cold or allergy medicines, sleeping pills, tranquilizers, antidepressants, seizure medicines, or pain medicines.
Norflex (Oral) Warnings
- Talk with your doctor before taking this medicine if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, ulcers, liver or kidney disease, intestinal blockage, enlarged prostate, urinary tract blockage, or heart disease.
- This medicine may cause dizziness or lightheadedness. It may also affect vision. Be careful if you are driving a car, using machinery, or doing other dangerous jobs.
Norflex (Oral) Side Effects
Call your doctor right away if you notice any of these side effects:
- Fast or pounding heartbeat
- Mental confusion If you notice these less serious side effects, talk with your doctor:
- Dry mouth
- Drowsiness or dizziness
- Constipation
- Trouble urinating
- Blurred vision
- Headache
- Nausea
