I take one half pill daily. Where can I buy such at least cost? Mail order, or 90 day supply if cost is less, is OK by me. I have Wellmark Drug benefit if such is of any advantage.

Primidone (PRI-mi-done) Treats seizure disorders.Belongs to a class of drugs called anticonvulsants.

When To Not Use Mysoline (Oral)

You should not use this medicine if you have had a previous allergic reaction to primidone, or to any kind of barbiturate medicine such as phenobarbital.

How Should You Use Mysoline (Oral)

Tablet, Liquid

  • Your doctor will tell you how much to take and how often.
  • May be taken with food or milk to avoid stomach upset.
  • Shake the oral liquid well before each dose. Carefully measure the dose with a marked measuring spoon.
  • If a dose is missed:
  • Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
  • If it is almost time for your next regular dose, wait until then to take your medicine and skip the missed dose.
  • You should not use two doses at the same time, unless directed by your doctor.
  • If you miss two or more doses, call your doctor.
