It has almost been two years since I started taking this medication. The positives are improved sleep, less anxiety, and almost a complete elimination of depression. The only negative is an increase weight. I have put on more than 20 lbs. in the past two years. Still, that's not an excessive amount of weight and is much better than the alternative.

I haven't been taking this medication for very long, only about three days, so take that into consideration when reading this review. So far, I have not had any feelings of excessive hunger, which is a big plus. And I feel like I have been hypnotized, which I guess is a good thing. On the other hand, I have had to deal with some anxiety and irritability. The side effects aren't supposed to be as bad the longer you take it, so I'm not giving up on it yet.
