You should not use this medicine if you have ever had an allergic reaction to loracarbef. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins.
How Should You Use LORACARBEF (Oral) (Capsule

- Your doctor will tell you how much to take and how often.
- Take this medicine 1 hour before or at least 2 hours after a meal.
- Shake the oral liquid well before using. Measure your medicine with a measuring spoon.
- Take the medicine until it is all gone, or as long as your doctor tell you to, even if you feel better. If a dose is missed:
- Take the missed dose as soon as possible.
- If it is almost time for your next regular dose, wait until then to take the medicine and skip the missed dose.
- You should not use two doses at the same time.
