So, I was recently prescribed this as a treatment for high blood pressure. 4 days into treatment and I've noticed the following symptoms... Itchy skin, urinating more often, trouble consintrating, drowsiness, coughing, chest pressure, muscle cramps and joint pain... I think I rated this HIGHER then I would have because I for me the benifits out weigh the side effects.

I am 70 yrs. old. About six yrs. ago I began to have serious leg cramps that came on me all at once. The cramps could hit me any time late in the day and at night. After a time I tried to eliminate things I was eating and drugs I was taking for physical problems. I discovered I had been taking Lisinopril, 10 mg for six yrs. I was convinced it was the cause, but could not prove it. My wife could only laugh while I went to the floor with cramps.
Six months ago My wifes Dr. prescribed Lisinopril 20 mg for her high blood pressure.
She had never had a leg cramp in her 69 yrs. one month after she started on Lisinopril, She began to have the same cramps that I get, and it brings tears to her eyes, it is so painful. We are convinced that these unbearable leg cramps, are initiated by the Lisinopril.
