Lactocal-F
I would like to know the supplement facts for Lactocal-F tablets (e.g. amount of Calcium, Vits A, C, D, E, Calcium, Biotin, etc). Where can I obtain this? Thank you.

absorbancy of lactocal
What percent of lactocal f is actually absorbed by the body? It's made in a lab, correct, so how does this affect my body and the baby's body? Why is lactocal f better than a natural prenatal vitamin that is food based? Thanks, Becca
