Does this medication need to be given subcu. or IM? When giving a b12 injection do I need to aspiration prior to administering the medication?

question #1 how many units are recommended for weekly injections. (female 37yrs) I suffer from lack of energy. question #2 if dieting low calorie intake 800calories would like to have injections 3 times a week. What is the recommended unit intake.

- Your doctor will tell you when to get your shots.
