How many mg of B6, B12, and folic acid is in ComBgen?

I want to know if comBgen is exactly the same as Folgard Rx2.2. Folgard Rx2.2 contains folic acid 2.2, B6 25 milligrams, and B12 500 milligrams. Is comBgen a generic drug? I'm trying to get as much information on comBgen as possible. Thanks
