My Pristiq prescription was not giving me the desired benefits that should be seen with Pristiq, so Abilify was added to my prescription. However, since I began taking it, I have had extreme fatigue due to the sleep apnea that it has caused. Also, Abilify has caused me to gain weight and have insomnia as well. I will be going back to relying on Pristiq and the sleep apnea treatment instead and discontinuing use of Abilify all together.

I have been on this medication for about six weeks now. I take a five mg dose once per day. I feel that this is a great drug. I also take Welbutrin. I have had several side effects. However, it is a great deal better than spending a week of my life in bed because I am so badly depressed.
