I'm not sure this belongs in this section.

I recently went for complete physical exam. This was my first visit to this Doctor. His nurse brought me into the exam room after we did all the blood work, etc. She told me the Doctor would want me to be fully nude for the physical. So, I got naked. She remained in the room and stayed for the entire procedure. I have not been naked for a physical since my high school days. I was very uncomfortable. I don't know if this is a common experience and should I have said something?

It's common, yes. However, if your doctor is a man then it wasn't necessary for the nurse to remain in the room. You can ask her to step out next time. Also, I would hope that she gave you a gown? If not, she most certainly should have. There's no reason for you to be fully nude and exposed. Nearly every exam can be done discreetly with minimal skin being exposed.
