Yes Michal, you're right. Loosing weight is not so easy today due to our life style. Our changed lifestyle reflects on our food habit. Now a day’s people have a tendency to eat spicy and junk foods. Those are very responsible for gaining weight. Especially the people who always get busy in their job don't get much time for work out. That can also increase fat level. I've found that ayurvedic products helps to lower down the production of cholesterol and fatty acids helps in maintaining slim body. So anyone suffering with increased weight can ask doctor about it.
