Hey, I was just looking at all of these ways to lose weight and they all seem either too expensive or too complicated. I used to be overweight, well actually I still am, but I have lost close to 50 lbs. in the last 3 months. I have been eating about the same as always and not working out very much, but I started taking this weight loss pill that I got from [snipped]. Since losing the weight I have so much more energy and confidence, as I have been receiving compliments almost daily. I guess my family and friends can see a big change in me. I think it'll work for you if you try it, it's definetely working for me.

To help you with your running, you have to work yourself up to that by improving yourself from a cardiovascular point. Lifting is good for you but, as you know, it only builds muscle. You should try to incorporate a couple of miles of walking into your routine at least three days a week if you can. It's not the sweating that helps you lose weight faster - it's the number of calories you burn. You can burn the same number by walking as you can by running. However, since you enjoy running, do whatever you enjoy most. I wouldn't recommend the supplements here. They can be hard on your heart and other major organs. Hey, good luck to you!

Smile going on the eliptical at the gym looses three times as much weight then just running on the tredmill...other wise keep up with eating right and lifting weights

I want to lose another 25 lbs, but the way i have been losing the weight is really hard work and eating certain foods. I would love to find a easier way to lose the weight. Could you tell me what is the name of the diet pill you are taking? Please.
