chance23 "forgot" to add that blocking carbohydrates from your diet
regularly, increases a person's risk for cancer, kidney problems and
heart disease.

I have always stood by the belief that you absolutely need carbs...just the right ones. Stay away from white carbs, and gravitate towards whole grains...that's my motto. Your body desperately needs the right carbs to run properly!
