I recently had my 6th heart cath, but prior to the cath.,i had a stress test with the following diagnosis "mild transcient LV cavity dilatation" and 'markedly abnormal ST segment response to exercise with 2.5mm ST depression in leads II,III,aVF and V6" I got this report by requesting a copy of my records from the Cardiologist that performed the stress test, could someone tell me what they mean? I'm totally in the dark concerning these terms and would love to know what they mean, any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to one and all!!
