Hi,

I do free-weighs every other day. I am 5'6" weighting 135lbs and I get sick about once a year, so I think I am a healthy person. However, when I play sports, I loose my energy really quickly. For example, after about 15 minutes into a game(volleyball, tennis, etc.) I feel tire and weak. Is there anything I can add to my diet?

Thank you!

Joe

About how often do you play sports, once a week, twice a week, or everyday of the week etc.?
The Prison Hospital

Prisoner: Look here, doctor! You've already removed my spleen, tonsils, adenoids, and one of my kidneys. I only came to see if you could get me out of this place!

Doctor: I am, bit by bit.

Instead of wondering what to add to your diet, I think the first thing you should do is to make an appointment with your doctor for a good, thorough physical. You need to make sure that you don't have a heart problem or some other underlying condition.
