If these ideas do not help, reproductive medicine units can help in many different ways. If your menstrual cycle is regular, then you will usually ovulate around 14 days before your next period starts.
If you or your partner has any obvious problems, you may want to get help earlier than this. Fertility drops, as you get older: it takes longer for a woman to become pregnant when she is more than 35 years old.
